  32. WESTBORO, Mass., Nov. 12, 1991 -- Banyan Systems and MicroAge
  33. Computer Centers, Inc., have entered into a channel partner
  34. agreement which establishes MicroAge as a master reseller of
  35. BanyanR products.

  37. According to the agreement, MicroAge will market, sell, service,
  38. and support Banyan products, including the VINES distributed
  39. network operating system, through those North American franchisees,
  40. affiliates, and company-owned centers which have individually
  41. applied and qualified for authorization as Banyan resellers.
  42. Application procedures and prerequisites are consistent with those
  43. applied to all other Banyan resellers.

  45. "MicroAge will be a tremendous partner to further enhance Banyan's
  46. market penetration," said Greg Reyes, Banyan Vice President, North
  47. American Field Operations and Corporate Support. "As new MicroAge
  48. locations are authorized to sell Banyan products, they will surely
  49. add value to Banyan's existing channel partner organization."

  63. excellent credentials to sell Banyan products.
